The commonly ingredients used to make tahini are sesame seeds, olive oil and salt but for this recipe, I’m adding a pinch of sugar to bring balance to the flavor. (I’m using a blend of monk-fruit with erythritol).

The steps to make tahini sauce are so simple. It begins by roasting the sesame seeds, this will add a nutty flavor to the sauce.

Once toasted, it will be grinding in the food processor with olive oil, salt and a pinch of sugar until getting a smooth paste. That’s it!
